Guarantee conditions
To present a claim, a Client has to return the goods and submit documents proving purchase: the cash receipt, bill for the goods, filled in reclamation statement with a signature of the mechanic and a stamp of the service center where the part installation was done. The Seller is obliged to consider issue of exchange of defected part within 30 days after Client’s submitting these documents. Reclamations are not accepted if the parts were installed on commercial, light commercial or racing cars. If the parts were not installed in a proper way, the reclamations are not accepted either. Examination of installation correctness is carried out only by TOKOCARS company. Reclamations are not accepted for typical case of parts’ wearing. Reclamations are not accepted for cases of damages, caused by inappropriate parts’ installation, or exploitation. Claims for the parts, which have been installed, are considered only if the car was used for personal needs. Reclamations are considered only if the part was installed in the process of complete correspondent unit servicing. Responsibility of TOKOCARS company, concerning parts on sale, is limited to exchange of defected product. Accepted reclamation does not cover cost of parts exchange. It also does not cover accessory and consequent damages.
